  2. Be. ready to pivot. Adopt a solution-oriented approach that will bring. money in your organization when traditional sources become shaky.
  3. Create and provide a virtual experience for your product or services. Ensure that your client doesn’t miss out on the “magic” that you offer and your “yes and” service.
